Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn

I am running out of groceries! We’re going shopping soon and I have SO many ideas for delicious recipes to post! I’m so excited! Until then, I’ve decided to post a recipe that I’ve used as a snack and as a dessert! I love popcorn and I love sweet and savory, so being able to make sweet popcorn is something that is right up my alley! Popcorn isn’t very high in calories, but once you start adding things, those calories can really add up! Some recipes for Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn add up to 130 calories per cup of popped popcorn! This recipe is a much healthier–and very simple– option!

 Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn

Servings: 1

Amount per serving: 134 calories—30g carbs—4g fat—3g protein—9g sugar


  • 1 bag 100 calories low fat popcorn
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Pop the popcorn according to the directions on the bag
  2. Add the Splenda, powdered sugar, and cinnamon, and shake the bag to mix well.
  3. Eat!
