Guiltless Tuxedo Pies!

I made an amazing little dessert for everyone today! I made these a couple weeks ago on a whim and decided to whip it up again to put on the blog! These personal pies are a combination of yummy chocolate and vanilla in a 105 calorie form! Yum! My husband even ate two of them—he’s not a sweets person.

Guiltless Tuxedo Pies

Servings: 4 (1 pie per serving)

Amount per serving: 105 calories- 19g carbs- 1g fat—4g protein- 3g sugar

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons instant Sugar Free Chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons instant Sugar Free Vanilla pudding mix
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup 2% milk—divided
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
  • dash salt
  • 2 ½ tablespoons cottage cheese (2%)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the chocolate pudding, cocoa powder, and 1/3 cup of milk.
  3. In another small bowl, mix together the vanilla pudding, vanilla extract, and 1/3 cup milk.
  4. Put both bowls in the refrigerator
  5. For the next few steps click here for pictures of what these steps will look like
  6. In a medium bowl mix together the flour, salt, and applesauce—it will be crumbly.
  7. Add the cottage cheese and stir together.
  8. Put the mixture onto some plastic wrap and knead until it forms into a dough.
  9. When dough has formed, mold the dough to make shells in a muffin pan.
  10.  Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the shells are dry.

11. Add the chocolate, then the vanilla (or the other way around) and put back into the fridge for 30 minutes.

12. Serve and enjoy!
